Bernie is worried that the new track is not ready in time.
I'm thinking that the new pavement may be sub par. Look for the black top coming loose...it is late, last minute and with problems.
This stuff needs to cure, and have time to set up. It failed the first inspection.
Just a gut feeling that this will not be a top notch track in 2010.
