Lewis Hamilton has said his decision to remove the F-duct from his McLaren for the Italian Grand Prix was "the wrong choice". Lack of down force does put him in a good position for the race, but hey its Monza, anything can happen. If its anything like the start of the GP2 race today we won't be able to blink!

Petrov has been demoted five places on the grid after stewards decided he impeded Virgin’s Timo Glock during qualifying. Glock was at the start of a flying lap during Q1 when he encountered a slow-running Petrov, who was joining the track from the pit lane. He was 15th and will now start 20th. Shame really as Renault have been doing so well. But it doesn't end there! Glock is also set to drop five places on the grid after his team were forced to break a seal on his gearbox, after technical problems, he was 21st
So it stands with the two penalties, the grid from P15 backwards reads: Jaime Alguersuari, Pedro De la Rosa; Jarno Trulli, Heikki Kovalainen; Vitantonio Liuzzi, Petrov; Lucas di Grassi, Bruno Senna; Sakon Yamamoto and Glock.

I can't believe how quicky that race went! It was over in no time!!! Great win for Ferrari, and what a drive by Jenson and Vettel. I think Massa could have done more, but that's just me and my conspiracy theory.
Well done Alonso, Jenson and Massa - and what a title race it has thrown up!

Man of the Day must be Button, even after being hit from behind by the spaniard he still managed to lead a lot of the race and still came in second, well done Jenson.
