It's a shame that poor Kubica was released prematurely when the Force India car was coming into the pits nearby.
The lollipop guy may have been distracted by the wheel bouncing through the pits. My guess is that he didn't realize/notice the Force car was coming into the next pit stall.
The Williams mechanic who stopped the tire is OK...he must have grabbed it after the second bounce. Bruised ribs only...it could have been worse.

They showed the footage on tv and it looks like a standard move and he didn't realise the Force India car was coming in. Lucky though that wheel could have caused some damage and injury.

The pit lane was so busy at the time it is understandable how the mistake happened but it is still the duty of the lollipop man to ensure a safe release and he didn't do that so there had to be a penalty.
The wheel incident was very scary to watch. A lot of people and a bouncing wheel is a dangerous combination.
