No! to put it in a word. Yes he let him through but he knew what he had to do when that message came through.............Alonso is quicker!

That's so true
you race to win not to let ppl thro
Massa is a racer and he wants to win also but maybe the lure of keeping his job for another year or 2 is the ticket to obeying team orders.

It has got me wondering though and Schumi clarified it for me. They keep saying Formula One is a team sport but how can it be when only one can be the champion? If more bearing was made of the constructors championship then fair enough, but its not, so it out and out dog eat dog as far as I'm concerned and Massa is the submissive dog and rolled over to get his belly rubbed "Good lad" !!!!Alonso for sure has made certain he is top dog and Massa can have the scraps.

Alonso is a double world champ so I am guessing that he has some clout within the team..And rightly so but by using devious tactics is not the order of the day......
It's just MS v Irv and MS v Rubens all over again within Ferrari..but this time it's Alonso replacing the MS status.. yes devious tactics.... just like MS did...........

When it was within the rules it was bad enough, but now it is against the rules it is disgraceful.
Massa is towing the corporate line but he has been put in an impossible situation.
