Canadian Grand Prix pole winner Lewis Hamilton has been handed an official reprimand plus a fine of $10,000 (£6,900) for failing to return to the pits at the end of qualifying on Saturday. However, the punishment does not affect the McLaren driver's grid spot ahead of Sunday's race.
