This rule applies to all conversations about any motorsport that anyone has with me, offline as well as here, and to all stewards, F1 team members and FIA officials.
If you take the opinion that every time there is an accident in a race then the driver most at fault should be penalised, then you lose any respect I might have for your complaints about boring races. And I'll always consider you at least a little bit of a prat.
I'll be starting with the viewer who emailed in to the red button forum suggesting one of the drivers involved in a crash today should be penalised on the grid in Malaysia. [circuitous language to avoid spoiling people's enjoyment of re-runs]
Yes, if there is a deliberate or very, extremely dangerous move then maybe a fine or penalty should apply, but if you start to punish hopeful moves then you punish overtaking.

Yes a very exciting race and a treat to watch, but please remember apedant that teams use gamesmanship in there tactics to try and unsettle other teams. # LOL
Dont want to say to much yet till everybody has a chance to watch this action packed race
