Hello am new to participate in the forum, but certainly not new as a fan of F1. . I would like to know if the generic nature of F1 is bothering anyone else. The car changes from year to year are only through rule changes. The liveries do not change at all anymore--it used to be a great thing to see the launches of new cars to see what livery changes had come about over the winter (Jordan was always good for that sort of thing) but everyone is now the same from year to year. The form of the cars are all the same and blah, blah, blah! Am I the only one feeling this way???

Hiya and welcome to the forum I kinda like the liveries staying reasonably the same.. I didn't like the closure of the pit lane rule under the safety car...thought that was right naff.... Guess like with everything else in life.....we all have to move with the times......if I had my way, I'd still be stuck in the 80's! Loving the welcome back of proper slicks tho..been a while now since we had that.... Fizzy

Welcome from me You might find that most of the teams have stayed with their usual sponsors, so that's one reason why their cars are still the same. Livery wise anyway. It is good for change, a new touch of a different paint surely wouldn't make much difference. Isn't really bothering me either way.
