Well, finally Jenson is now a World Champion. ;D ;D
Feel sorry for Rubens though, the years he's put in F1, shadowing Schumacher and still no WC!

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot. Mark Webber is a talentless hack who only won today because he did a gutless block on Kimi who was in the process of blowing his doors off and got a broken front wing for his troubles. There's a reason MW has only won two races in his career. He's a talentless driver.

Still, Jensen did a great job all year and deserves his 2009 WDC title. Good job, JB.

Well done Jenson Button WDC 2009 And I hope that race puts a stop to the claims he would not be a worthy champ.
Fact is no matter what happens in 2 weeks, he has won the most races, he has scored the most points. And despite his 2nd half downturn in form he has still managed to bag enough points here and there to maintain the lead of the Championship that he has had since race 1 in Ausie.
Once again WELL DONE JENSON.

I think he has silenced his critics after that race, great champions drive for Jense. Great win for Webber, regardeless of what Raikkofan says, had he 'blocked' Kimi on the first lap he would have been penalised. I think the term is a racing incident lol. Now Kobayashi's defensive driving is more of an issue in my opinion. Great GP debut for him, but some of his moved were crazy! His tactics in the GP2 race in Valencia were also appauling, so perhaps if he wants a Toyota seat next year, he should buck his ideas up. Sorry for you Rubens, great charge for the title this end of the season, hopefully 2010 is your turn! F1Diva

A great drive from Jensen and a worthy champion. Some splendid moves.
Ross Brawn has done an incredible job for his team. It says a lot about his leadership skills.
Bad luck to Rubens. It's the best chance he has ever had and he can't lay the blame anywhere else.
Red Bull put up a good fight but not quite enough. Webber deserved his win. He did nothing wrong.
Someone needs to have a strong word or two with Kobayashi.

Good job Jenson Button. I was hoping Rubens could do a bit better, but that tire going down sunk his boat. This year Vettel made a mad dash to the end, but came up short.
Ross Brawn must be given some kuddos...resurecting the old Honda squad. He did a splendid effort to secure this win for Jenson and his team. I say, great job Mr. Brawn! His talent and expertise at putting together a great F1 team must be applauded. -mark

Well done JB on winning the WDC, I can only really echo what’s been said already he drove like a champion today, to win the championship.
Commiserations to both Rubans and Sebastian, Ruben’s had luck against him but that’s racing , Sebastian equally drove a race of a champion and I have no doubt wont be long until he gains that accolade
Ross Brawn has done what he done so well in the past and that’s produce a winning team and from the ashes , and the man shown his true character in thanking those who are no longer part of the team, for making what could only have been a dream come true
The race its self in my opinion is what F1 is about spectacular wheel to wheel racing, for me by far the best race this year.
Special mention also for Webber and Lewis and Robert all drove fantastic races today

Jenson Button is due to appear at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent on Tuesday afternoon for a sponsorship event on behalf of Virgin Media. I bet it's busy there tomorrow ;D
