He's thinking that he has nothing to lose so it is worth a shot! I hope it gets thrown straight out. How he has the audacity to suggest that they have damaged his reputation is beyond me. He managed to destroy his career and reputation all by himself.

Flav has sunk his own boat. He needs to realize this and understand he cannot run a F1 team any more.
Should he be banned from representing drivers on a commercial level with contracts? I'm not sure about this.

Would you want to do business with him? He's a cheat. He shouldn't be allowed to represent drivers or be involved with contracts.

I would stay away from flav. I'm sure everyone is wary of him.
But legally, contracturally...can they shut him out? It's up to the courts to decide.
Opinion and legal precidence are two different things. If you were a driver represented by him...you may feel left out in the cold. Let the courts decide this stuff.
I'm not a lawyer, just an F1 fan.

Nov 24th isn't much use for some of his drivers who are looking for a new drive now.
I can't see him getting out of this, let alone winning compensation.
