Seb always seems to pull it out of the bag, just look at China, and we all know what that resulted in, my money is on him for tomorrow.

PS: I would prefer Mark to win though hehe

Fantastic quali! Pole time changing in the last few seconds was 'citing! Well done SV JB & RB I thought LH was really bad until HK was only 2 places higher. The car looks like a b*tch to drive! BTW - I loved EJ's glasses today! He must have more pairs than Elton!! I wonder where he gets them from.......

Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel put himself in the perfect place to try and end Jenson Button and Brawn’s winning run in Turkey by beating the championship leaders to pole position at Istanbul Park.
Following warnings from runaway points leader Button that RBR would pose a renewed threat on the demanding circuit, Vettel set the pace in all three sessions of qualifying to claim the team’s second pole of the season.
However, it was a close run thing in the end as Button produced yet another last-gasp flyer to vault him into provisional pole, only for Vettel to go even faster on his last run with 1m28.316s to pip his rival to pole by 0.1s.
The other Brawn of Rubens Barrichello was another driver to produce a brilliant final lap, the Brazilian vaulting up from seventh to qualify ahead of the second RBR of Mark Webber.

Vettel is the lighest on the grid, but still a great lap, and Button fueled heavier than Rubins, which is interesting as Rubins car looked heavy. So looking forward to the race tomorrow.

What a win for Jenson, great racing today. Rubins lost his cool again, shame he had a gear box problem. Well deserved 2nd and 3rd for Red Bull. Vettel should have done better though. Roll on Silverstone.

Rubens and Kovy scrapping was very entertaining! Loved it!
Sebastian is not a happy chappy is he?
It was mentioned in the coverage before the start of the race, a meeting took place and a possible boycott could have happened?
Teams refusing to race?
What is that all about? Anyone know?

It all about the budget capping.....whatelse, getting a bit boring now. This is from www.totalF1.com'Wild rumours' are doing the rounds in the Istanbul paddock this afternoon that the 8 FOTA teams could boycott today's Turkish Grand Prix amid the ongoing row over a 2010 budget cap. British broadsheet The Times is reporting that after a meeting of FOTA Team Principals and drivers this morning that the possibility of a boycott is being discussed, a move which would almost certainly hand victory to Williams driver Nico Rosberg. According to the rumours, all 16 FOTA teams' cars will enter the pitlane at the end of the formation lap, identical to the move taken at the 2005 United States Grand Prix in Indianapolis after Michelin found their tyres to be unsuitable. If the story plays out, only Williams and Force India would be left to race, being the only two teams to have lodged unconditional entries with the FIA for next season. Lets hope they dont persue this at Silverstone.

Unfortunatly I do believe you are right. It is such a shame as it is spoiling, what is for me, a great season. I am trying not to dwel on the rantings, after all it is out of our hands. Lets hope they come to a good decision for everyone, the fans included. Glad they decided against the boycout though!

Ha ha i agree Ms Naomi didn't make much sense..silly bint sums it up just perfectly for me! How come rich and famous girls can't string a sentence together properly? Too much money no sense? Rich and famous boys manage it fine...usually with the exception of Ozzy Osbourne, remember him being interviewed on the grid and what he said?? fizzy

I felt embrassed for her! Do you think she knew where she was? I don't, and I was thinking was Mrs Flavio there, and would there be a cat fight in the Renault garage (if she was allowed in of course)
