LONDON - Scalextric has tied up with the Brawn GP Formula One team for a global licensing deal.

The agreement will see Scalextric develop a Brawn GP slot car at 1:64 and 1:32 scales. A new 1:64 set will be available in time for Christmas, while a 1:32 set will be released from early 2010.
The Brawn GP Micro Scalextric set will be the latest addition to the popular 1:64 scale set range, which also includes 007 James Bond Quantum of Solace, The Simpsons, Disney/Pixar Cars, Pro Rally and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes products.
Scalextric is owned by Hornby Hobbies.
