Lewis Hamilton was thrilled to get back into the top five in Bahrain Grand Prix qualifying - and is confident he can stay with the front-runners in the race.
After an awful start to the season, McLaren has started to regain ground in recent weeks, and Hamilton was able to make into Q3 for the second race in a row.
He even held second on the provisional grid for a while, but others moved ahead at the end of Q3.
“We have been pushing incredibly hard over the last couple of months and this is a result of all our hard work,” said Lewis.
