Firstly, mucho congrats to Vettel, Webber and Red Bull Racing Super drives by both drivers. That was one action packed race, couldn't keep my eyes off the telly, not even for a moment. Fantastic! fizzy

Yes, congratulations to Vettel, he kept it together even after being hit! Well done! It was a great race once the safety car came in and the racing started. So disappointed with Kimi and Ferrari, he needs to be replaced soon with someone with more drive and commitment to win. It's great too that most of the grid finished the race too, well done guys.

SuzieQ,
Me thinks the car and not the driver is the reason for Mac and Ferrari's folly.
Ron Dennis, gone. Russ Brawn, gone.
If the smartest guys are no longer on the team, it suffers.
If you notice, wherever the best designers and engineers go...that team wins.
It may be more popular for you to think of the drivers only, but the best car and team wins in most circumstances. Yep, those nerdy engineer wrench turning and tuning guys, not those drivers under the spotlight.

How true Gizzy, look what happened to McLaren when Adrian Newey joined them from Williams - Williams were no more, not competitive anyway, and now he is at Red Bull. Shame he wasn't at China to be with the team when they won. However, I do believe Vettel has some talent to be credited with his race win.

The car is most important, Suzie...but a spectacular driver is a great help! I think Mr. Vettel has a great future, and he is a rising star. I'm looking for great results from him. If I were a team principle...I would be talking to this guy. -giz

I would like to see him at Ferrari with Jenson B. I can dream I hope he has another good race. Sadly Ferrari wouldn't know a good drive if one fell in front of the garage these days. They need someone with ambition, drive and wants to win.

At this pace they are going to need two new drivers for next year..I already know of one that might take Kimi's place :-) :-) :-)

It sounds more and more like Alonso next year and Vettel in two although I think McL might go after Vettel. Just rumors that's all.

It has been rumoured for a couple of years Alonos going to Ferrari. Well going back on what I said, I'd rather see him at Ferrari with his commitment to win than the couldn't be bothered Kimi. There was a comment today by Anthony Davidson saying Kimi must be bored with F1 and should move to rallying!!!
