There is a feature on this site that allows members rankings.
This means that how many posts you do, you can move up the rankings. It's a nice wee bit of fun methinks... ;D
I've set these rankings as this
0 - 25 posts = Rookie
25 - 50 posts = Pit crew
50 - 100 posts = Race Engineer
100 - 250 posts = F1 Driver
250 - 500 posts = Technical Director
500 posts + = Team Boss
