Before posting any pics, please make sure you own copyright of the photo/picture, or credit the pic with the correct source.
How to add a pic in a message.
To put a pic in a post, you need to take the following steps.
Firstly, sign up to a picture hosting site eg Photobucket photobucket.com and upload the picture you want to post.
Then
To copy the URL to make the image in your post. Highlight it (your pic URL) and then click on the little picture icon above. It's in between the "insert hyperlink" and "Insert email" on the second row of icons.
That puts in the code

Your URL pic code goes between the ][
This will display the image in your post. ;D
