The move by the stewards to put hamilton at the back of the grid is a total disgrace. One must ask if it were a driver from certain other teams eould the punishment be the same, the answer is NO.

It would have to be, as they need to supply a certain amount of fuel which was not left when he completed quali, as it was fueled enough and McLaren have admitted it!

Sorry Susie but cant aqgree with you on this, put to the back of the grid is way over the top, it should have been a 10 place drop, Hamilton should have sat in the pits like many others but instead put on a show for the paying public. Had it been other drivers or teams they would not have been shunted to the back, this is just more preduice towards the Mac team and Hamilton. May I add that I am not alone in my thoughts, some forums have over 100 posts on this subject alone (take note managers on here) this site is dying a death because with the exception of susie and one other poster the site just not function. sorry to say this but it seems 90% of the managers on here seem to have little or no interest any more
Thanks for at least replying Susie

I feel Hamilton got penalized for no reason at all. He did not put the fuel in the car, the team did. Do not punish the driver for something out of his control. Constructors points should have been penalized, not the driver.
Now, as I spit the teeth out of my mouth. Thank you so much for the sincere admiration of anyone's efforts to try and help this forum. Fantastic observation.
Moderators like my self have not the power to summon people to return. I would love to make an effort to help revive this forum, but I lack the administrator powers.
I would love suggestions...what is it we lack here? What should we remove? But, alas, as the rookie mod here I can say I feel almost alone. In agreement, there is a serious lack of posting on this forum. You do not have to be a mod to observe that.
Guess the pole seems to be the only thing holding this forum together. I guarantee that GTP will be around in 2013. Even if this forum vanishes.

Thanks for the reply Leon, sorry if it seemed heavy handed but I felt this forum needs a very good shake up. For weeks only Susie and myself posted, its not that long ago, could be a year that we attracted many posts on here and some very interesting discusions took place.
Part of the problem is lack of posts, remember posts breed posts. There is no mention of F1 news or events any more, other forums have day to day what is happening and goung on in the F1 world. We need to get interest back into these boards.

I will agree with that. The entire forum could use a sprucing up. New Subject Boards to post on. One F1 section for discussions does not reflect how many new posts there may be.
Fizzy says she is busy. That's why I am doing GTP. I can do some work on the sight physically if Fizzy would give me access.
