Having viewed the footage from this angle with out a doubt it wasnt only the cars that was the danger was the debris being kicked up by the cars exiting the pit lane, catch a piece of carbon fibre at the wrong angle with a tyre I would imagne would be quite a formidable missle,
in my opinion was luck more than judgment that we didnt have a injury

I thought the safety car should have been deployed but that may have meant more going into the pits and as Vettel found out that was not a good place to be exiting, so on the whole I think they made the best decision.
