Hi there F1 fans,
The F1 circus is set for the German GP at this weekend Nurburgring for the 10th round of the season.
Last year the German GP was at Hockenheim so we look back to 2009 for an indication of Pole time. Mark Webber was on pole then with a time of 1:32.230. He went on to win the race too. As usual keep an eye on the practice times and the weather forecast!!
The TV times for the UK:
Friday 22 July: Practice one - 0900-1030;
Practice two - 1300-1430;
Saturday 23 July: Practice three - 1000-1100;
Qualifying - 1300-1400
Sunday 24 July: Race - 1300
Last year Fernando Alonso controversially led a Ferrari one-two at the German Grand Prix after Felipe Massa appeared to be given orders to let his team-mate past. Seems like yesterday.
Let's hope for an exciting qualifying session and a great race day!
Anyone can submit a guess, so don't be afraid to test your skills of Guess The Pole! Come and play! ;D
as usual.....
All entries will be accepted up to the start of the qualifying session which takes place on Saturday afternoon, (local time). All entries will need to have been posted on this message board, msnformula1racing.proboards.com (edited entries are fine as long as edited before the start of qualis) or RECEIVED in the guess_the_pole@hotmail.com
email account before the start of the qualifying session, so please make sure that you send the email in plenty of time. All late entries will be declared null and void.
Don't forget to read the Guess The Pole Rules
I may not be able to post results until Wednesday when I'll be back home and have full internet access. Apologies in advance ;-)
Good Luck Everyone!
;D
